[VFB] Weird stuff happening

Yesterday someone posted a link to a Gary Borger video clip on the web. I had to download Real Player in order to view it.I did that and viewed the videos. Later last night I  tried to get into my companys e-mail system and my dial manager has dissapeared. I was upset because I have to call the main office to go back and get the link and then downlad the drivers again. This morning while addressing the JOKE FOR THE DAY list, I see that my address book has been changed. In stead of decending from A down, the entire book has been swapped up side down.
