Has anyone tried to tie flies in this style?
First, I'd try the site recomended. Second, I have bent a few hooks to allow me to tie flys in this manner. Third, I have not been thrilled with the results of their ability to catch trout. All this being said, I believe Jim Greene owns Waterwisp in Chevy Chase, MD and he's been pleasant to me. Jim probably would prefer you buy his flys to tying them. They are basically a bent 2xl hook tied parachute style, upside down if memory serves. The site Henk and Hans have pictures on is a great place to start.
