IF the creator of this fly told him to not go public, REGAURDLESS if it was 
Jim or not, I think ridder did the right thing by NOT telling us the pattern 
and respecting the creator's wishes, but telling us that its in the perp box 
to give us an example, and that he would ask permission from the creator and 
then be more then willing to share the pattern.  John didn't post to the 
list to make everyone angry, or to start this entire controversy.  Im 100% 
possitive that 95% of the people on this site have some sort of secret fly.  
So does that mean that we HAVE TO share it? Nope.  I know I dont have any 
plans to tell anyone my ultra secret fly.  And dont even try to find out, 
its in a 5 inch thick safe, coated with 4 inches of concrete, and another 2 
inches of steel ontop of that, buried in an undisclosed location.  Actually, 
this fly is so good for EVERYTHING that has fins, its banned in all 48 lower 
states.

What works for me, might not work for DonO, but might be amazing for John.  
ITS A FLY.  this site was designed to help people.  If you want to argue 
with people on stuff, let me know, i can find a few good debate links for 
you.  Please people, lighten up.
