We all have secrets and it is obvious the majority approves of the practice. In this light, I have been encouraged to sponsor a "Secret Swap". The tyers will have numbers rather than names and the flys the same. You can share any secret fly, technique, material without anyone knowing who you are except me (I do have to mail back the flys you know). No information will be divulged as to the tyers or flys. Only the participants will know they are in and I am responsible.
I do need to narrow the field a bit so here are the rules;
1-The flys shall be geared towards freshwater in a size 8-18 preferrably.
2-Toe-tag the flys with your secret number (don't tell me, I'll keep a list as they arrive)
3-Swap limited to the first 15 who enter and give me their secret number at [EMAIL PROTECTED]. Use this email for info off list.
4-Flys due by May 1st.
5-Tie a fly that catches fish for you and incorporates something a bit different that you have found works. It may be original or something discovered from another tyer.
6-Send tagged flys in an altoids tin or suitable container which will fit in a jiffy bag to:
