Here's another story about excellent customer service that I thought I'd pass along.
 
I purchased a new pair of Fly Tech Cordura wading boots about a year ago from my local flyshop.
 
I've only used them about half a dozen times.
 
They weren't really expensive -- but I like them because they offer great ankle support.
 
On the weekend I was out fishing and I lost one of the felt soles off the boots.
 
I sent an e-mail to the company yesterday asking whether there was a warranty that would cover this.
 
They sent me an e-mail back today saying they were sending me a new pair.
