[VFB] Slate Mahogony Mayfly

I am looking for a site where I can get the tying instructions for a Slate Mahogany Mayfly,  which I need to tie for the Hendrickson swap.  Any help would be a great I lost the one that I had, and cant find it.  Thanks.   Fish-On Jon Emmons
