I have a cup that is measured in ounces. I put 2 ounces of vinegar with 6
ounces of water (that is the one cup) and then put in 2-3 packages of Kool
Aid, more if I want a deeper color. Mostly 3 packages works great. If you
need more actual fluid to cover the saddle, then use 12 ounces of water and
4 ounces of vinegar (in short, each cup is 6 ounces of water and 2 ounces of
vinegar) and add 6 packages of Kool Aid. Keep track of how much of the
colors you put in when you are mixing colors so you can repeat the color
next time you need it. For instance, the lemonade with 1/4 tsp of pineapple
orange 1/8 tsp will make a nice gold color. Joyce
