Why not tie the tail feathers to the body first, gently, then tie the foam
over the top? or, use two or three bristles from a poly or hog hair paint
brush, tie them to the needle, then the foam over them? Have not done this,
but wonder why it would not work as well as trying to thread tail fibers
through the foam. I'd be sure to put some head cement on the tail fibers
after I slid it off the needle. Joyce
