This study is under controlled conditions. I don't know if that makes a difference. What I do know is that after a day of chumming by some boats, there will be a bunch of dead trout on the bottom of the river. If the corn is not doing it then what is. Tony- This was an attempt to show the difference between PA policies and other states. Fishing in PA is a huge business which raises lots of tax, business and license revenue. You can't do the San Juan Shuffle on the San Juan but you can dump a can of corn chum in PA waters. I think the resource is geared toward revenue enhancement more than environmental prudence. Your point about dead fish is more relevant to me than a state sponsored study. You've spent more time studying trout than those kids with a new degree and a politician funding their study. Murf
