Randy, I use my neoprenes in winter only, and I still sweat!  Other 
times I use my G I Joe's  "Wade Lites". They look like Gore-Tex, feel 
like Gor-Tex, but cost less than half as much.    Wouldn't waste my 
money on Gore-Tex.  Cabelas also has some inexpensive waders like my 
Wade Lites.  On a vest, I don't use one.  I use a chest pack.  The only 
way to get the pockets on it wet is to "fall in".
