Lawrence,
I am not trying to be a smart a-- but if you can come and fish with me when one
of the fisherman that lives up river from me is fishing, You will believe that
the mortality rate is high. I have to leave the area because I can't stand to
see fish after fish come down river wiggling belly up. He is fishing legally so
nothing can be done about it. Believe me, I have tried.
