I found details of this fly in a copy of Eric Leiser's book titled "The Book of Fly Patterns"!
Using Mustad 36890, Partridge salmon (2-10)
variation in tail and wing listed as "Black calf tail over green calf tail" with wing extending to end of tail. While not noted the colored picture shows a silver tag! Body cigar-shapped with the ostrich rapped at the thickest point...center! The throat is described as: "Yellow hackle wound as a wet fly collar", appearing to extend back in length to extend just past the ostrich!
Sweet looking fly to say the least! Have fun!
