Hi Bill
Your pattern looks like a real fish catcher. If you look in Jack Dennis'
Western Fly Tying Manual Volume Two, you will find an old pattern called the
Jughead, to which your fly has a strong  resemblance.  The Jughead was first
tied by Betty Hoyt it was used to imitate the stone flies in the Yellowstone
area. Also there is an old fly pattern called the Sofa Pillow , to which the
Stimulator has many similarities. Amazing how things seem to get re-invented.
