A couple of years ago my wife and I decided (or the powers above decided) that we couldn't get up off the ground so easy anymore. So we bought a popup trailer. It's the coolest thing I've ever had. A club house in the woods like the one I wanted as a kid. Goes anywhere, sets up fast, stands up to hard rain and wind, and doesn't attract tornados.
Cunningham falls and Catoctin parks have good spaces for them. Showers, water, and even electricity if you want. OR . . .
