You are better than me 00-0. I've tied about 3 dozen variations of a fly I really slay em with here in the Mason Dixon region but am trying to adapt it to fish well across the country and the "pond". Changed rib materials, body color, tail/no-tail, made it a dry/emerger/floating nymph, hackle color/no hackle, wings/just legs, shuck/no shuck, added a red spot/took it away, thread colors, head style and now am thinking of just going back to the original. Guess you can't beat what works.
