I haven't received mine yet.  Being in the Great White
North I figure it will take a little/lot more time
than those south of the border.

Jeff, the material I included was organza and tulle. 
Both are synthetic materials used mostly for wing
material (organza for spinner, tulle for dunn or
spinners).  Organza you peel the individual stiff
threads off to use in bunches and the tulle you simply
cut the shape and fold to your liking.
