I finally caught up with my neighbor and asked him about
there fly he was using. Much to my surprise it is simpler
than it looks.
The hook is a scud hook sz 16, the head is a glass bead, the
body is Wapsi Rainbow dubbing, the shell back is purple
marker. He will trade me a couple for a couple of Chili
Peppers. Will get it ll done tomorrow.
Said he has been doing real well with it the past two
weeks. Will send Bill a photo to post when I get the flies.
I tried to get him to tie some at the Sowbug but he says he
is not a good enough tyer. He will be there as a spectator.
