I used to go there every couple of weeks for business. You can catch a train to the loop from the Arlington Race Track. Beware, the last train departs downtown at 10:00 pm. I don't know where the fly shops are, but there's a great cigar shop in the Loop, and one in Old Town, north of the Loop.
