Trout and Grouse is probably 40 minutes or so away from Schaumburg (I've been gone from Northern Ill for a long time now). The travel route might be toll way North to Willow Road. Willow road gets narrow once you get into Northfield. Stay on Willow till the Fire Station, hang a right (right before the station at the light) and look for the strip mall on the right side with the chocolate/candy store. Trout and Grouse is in that little strip mall. If you cross Eden's highway, you've just missed your turn.
