Tom, you can get a great ceramic rake to take the fur off your beaver
pelt..Mine is from Lawrence Waldron and I got it through Hans Weilenman.
Neat thing about it is that if you use the fine one, it tends to leave the
guard hairs behind on the pelt and all you get are the fine fur dubbings.
You might want to check it out..it is a really NEAT gizmo. I also have one
of the Stonefly company..IMHO..a piece of junk..doesn't separate the guard
hairs away like Lawrence's does and is not anywhere near as sharp. No

       Where can I get one of these? Does it work on all hair (deer, fox, hare, ect..) If they are no longer available, how much will you take for yours? <VBG>
