Well Deb, I'll tell ya, it seems as if the arms just aren't long enough anymore. :-) I need the 'ol cheaters for most reading, 3x's or 4x's for flytying, BUT everyonce in a while I'll amaze myself and tie on a fly out on the lake or river without any help at all! Like yesterday on the Henry's Fork, I was probably having so much fun that I could have changed flies blindfolded. I had probably my best day EVER, on the Fork, including the two years I lived right there in St. Anthony, ID! Stoneflies were out, and the yellow sallies, and an occasional larger acroneuria were beginning to show up. This was on the Henry's Fork between Warm Springs and Ashton. I was fishing near the put in at Warm Springs. Best fish was a 17 or 18 inch brown(a first for me on the H.Fork!) Did need the magnifiers for tying on the #20 CJ dropper...:-) If I catch another brown like that anytime during the rest of the season, I'll be VERY happy!!! Cheers!
