A suggestion..if you are not a purist, modify the pattern..put in a hackle post of light tan or white foam, write on it with a brown/black marker so it looks like the end of a hackle and you will have a wonderful floating fly without having to worry about getting any more hackle. You can do the same thing with a bit of Phentex in tan or white or even Aunt Lydia's craft yarn..it works great, is easily seen, supports the parachute and the trout will not care.. Joyce
