Hello, Here is a note from Aaron who is tying the Brown Drake in the SPUN DUN swap:
I have completed all of the flies (Brown Drake Spun Dun). I even tied a few extra (ok, so I tied a whole 25 hook pack) and a fishing buddy and I tried this thing out. Man does it catch fish, and I wasn't even expecting it since I don't think that Brown Drakes are even hatching here...if they do hatch here...it also does quite well in the water but I would classify this as an "unsinkable" fly. If there is enough of a current or it hits a seam the current does suck it under, but it lasts longer than any other dry fly that I have tried. Thanks Chris.
