    Neville,

S&M Bobbins,   the initials of the two men who developed them back in the late 1950's  Walt Stockman & Charlie Malley.  They both lived into their 80's but are gone now.

Hello

I have purchased a J.W.Young bar stock fly reel and S & M bobbins from you in the past.

Can you please advise what the initials S + M stand for? Presumably the name(s) of the person(s) who developed the bobbin. Surely not Sewing Machine.

Thanks in advance
