Really now, Bartholomew!  If it wasn't for the guidance of us "elder statesmen",  you UTE's ( youths) would turn this cauldron of knowledge into nothing but a virtual Sandbox.  VBG ! :-P   Look at it like this Bart.  If you live long enough you'll become one of the Elders of the VFB also.  ROTFLMAO!

P.S.  Welcome aboard, Pat.  Besides fly fishing knowledge, you'll also find some good natured "kidding" going on between members.  Remember, all work and no play makes Jack a very dull boy.  Likewise, nothing but technical talk on the list would make things quite dull. That's why guys like Dean, Bart, DonO,Jery G, Troutman, myself and quite a few others spice things up a little from time to time.  I dare say someone will come along and "singe my tail feathers" over this. LOL
