[VFB] How do I start a Swap?

Being the inexperienced fly tier that I am, I have been watching the list and waiting for a good swap so I can begin to get involved.  Unfortunately, I havent been able to jump in, either because the flies are too advanced, or the shear number of flies is too intimidating.  So I was thinking that I could start a swap, limited to 25, and perhaps make it all on streamers. (a fairly simple fly to tie for beginers)  So I am posing this question to the group, should I do this, or should I wait until a swap rolls my way?  And also, would anyone be interested in a streamer swap?  I see that there hasnt been one in a little while.   Anyways, I am looking for suggestions right now, and feel free to contact me either through the list, or off the list, I welcome any suggestions or advice that you can offer.   Thanks, David [EMAIL PROTECTED]
