You don't want a cab. they are not only pretty pricey around here, but you 
also want to be mobile. And there is a good bit of fishing around the 
Bellevue area. I live only 20 minutes away. The big question is about what 
sort of fishing do you want? There is a spring creek (Rocky Ford) about 3 
hours away, passible to good trout fishing (Yakima River 2hours, Middle Fork 
Snoqualmie 1hour), and steelhead fishing (Snoqualmie R, 1/2 hour, North Fork 
Stillaguamish, FF only, 1.5 hours, Skagit/Sauk Rivers 2-3 hours).

Now, if you are nice, and I am free, I might be coerced to take you out for a 
day....
