I plan to rub my furled leaders with the Johnson's paste floor wax I finally found to make it float on my next fishing trip.  I hope it works like a floating strike indicator with small sinking flies for smoother, slower stretches of water.  I've had trouble fishing slow water in the past.  I disturb the surface too much with the indicator.   I can't see other leaders very well.  I make furled leaders in colors I can see while fishing.  Seeing the leader helps with mending and preventing drag, you can see a drag situation develop earlier.   Floor wax is hard to find, I guess many aren't waxing floors nowadays. ----- Original Message ----- From: Richard Zieger To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Saturday, July 19, 2003 7:54 PM Subject: [VFB] another furled leader ?
