I'm not sure what light bright is but the body you were asking about was made with something called angel hair (rope dubbed. I think the stuff sells under a lot of different names. It's sort of very fine tinsel in different colors... I think the stuff sinks pretty well also. I tried the standard "rolled muddler" and the fish didn't hit on it as well. I think the fish are used to seeing something with red so they don't hit em' as much.
