That's a good idea Steve. I actually have a little contraption that cuts
styrofoam. It has two D cell batteries in a round cardboard tube that you
use as a handle and a wire frame , much like a coping saw. It has a
stainless steel wire for the cutting surface. The batteries are connected
together by a switch and heats up to cut through the foam. I'll bet it will
work with most kinds of foam.
