I actually stopped using Loon Products because of that problem. I have had more of the bottles NOT OPEN and thrown out than those that I have been able to use. I once sent 6 broken bottles in various of states of leakage back to them and never heard a word !! Their Hard Head finish is a joke. It should be named CAN'T OPEN.
