[VFB] Help! Smallie flies

Hey i got an opportunity to go fish a local river (Patapsco) for 
smallies...and according to trustworthy sources...up to 4 lbs! please help! 
I went to try out my 7 wt and can't think of any heavy flies of the category 
for stream fishing for smallies...
