Subject: [VFB] Copper Pheasant Swap
Date: Tue, 12 Aug 2003 08:16:48 -0400

Hello,

I just received flies in from Scott Crosby. They look fantastic. He
definitely has set the bar with a nice chartreuse pheasant tail / ultra wire
nymph.

I have just started to tie mine.

This swap is an open swap for any fly that uses either pheasant tail (dyed
or natural) or ultra wire (used for Brassies and Copper Johns).

There is no limit to the # of participants as they flies get swapped once a
batch of 10 are received. You will get Scott's flies if your flies are in
the first set of 10 sets received.

There are several batches in process. If you are interested:

1) Tie up 11 flies - 1 for VFB web site.
2) Mail to:
        Chris Chapman
        61 Forest Lane
        Boscawen, NH 03303
3) Include $2 for US shipping and $4.00 for International. Make sure you
have a reusable container and an envelope that I can re-mail. Don't worry
about the label.
4) Send me an email at [EMAIL PROTECTED] to let me know they are on the way
so I will keep my eyes open.

If these first flies are any indication of the quality of the swap, this
will be the most exciting swap I have hosted to date.

Thanks,

Chris
