thank you all for the great answers to the question that I asked I never really knew that there was a difference but now I know I am tying the lovely Alexandra fly [lady of the lake ] and all I have is peacock hearl and the fly store out here doesn't carry the swords so I have to try to find them when I go to town next week [wont drive 25 miles for just a little bit of feathers guess im cheep] lol well all guess I got to go have a good day all   Patrick
