John,
 Good to see you back on the list. I relize I'm a few days behind on this, but today is the first time I've had a chance to check my e-mail in several days. Maybe we can get a chance to hook up on one of my trips to the Crooked this year, planning on hitting it once or twice this winter and for sure sometime in May for the caddis hatch.

Take care and once again Great to see you back on the list.

Subject: [VFB] VFB Mailing List: Don't Want Off, Want to Get Back On

Hello-

Unlike some recent posts, I don't want to have my name taken off the list, instead I'm coming back to the list with my hat in my hand to see if I can be a VFB'er in good standing again. I don't want to bore you or cry on anyone's shoulder, but for nearly the past year life has seemed like one series of body blows after another. I pretty much withdrew into myself and family and hardly participated in any of my usual activities. I want to apologize to everyone in the Perp Swap and to my friends on the VFB list for not treating you better and for neglecting my responsibilities as the Swapmeister of the the Perp Swap.

If it's okay with you all, I sure would like to get back into participating on the list and maybe a swap or two again. I sincerely hope all of you have been well. My thanks to JimmyD for kicking me in the butt (figuratively speaking, of course) and to Roger Cotner for so generously taking on the task of keeping the Perp Swap updated. Thank you so much.

You passers-by who share my journey,
You move and change, I move and am the same;
You move and are gone, I move and remain.
