I don't know about the "Lasha" Racoon, but the Racoon
pattern I found, which may be the same, goes as
follows:

Hook: Daiichi 1180, 12 to 18
Tail: teal flank fibers
Butt: white ostrich herl
Body: dubbing, color to match natural insect
Shell back: deer hair

Sorry, no pics I know of on-line but maybe Hans has a
lead.
