Either you subscribed yourself to the VFB email list on the Virtual Fly Box website or one of your friends did it for you. All you need to to is go to virtualflybox.com and click on "email list" and unsubscribe. This is a fly fishing discussion list, but a lot of other discussion and friendly "banter" also goes on and that's the way the members of the list like it.
