Well....   I was hoping one brand of hooks would stand out above the rest.   Being relatively new to all of this I'm still trying to find a favorite brand of hooks so I don't continue to drive Byard too crazy when I call him up in need of something.   <VBG>   Hook preferences are as varied as the wonderful, eclectic personalities on this list.  While I'm not totally back to square one as I did learn a lot from this thread, I still don't have any one brand to try.   I do like the Targus hooks also Del.  They have a nice finish to them.
