Hi Dan,
Just got home today today and the "GREEN BOX" was waiting. It must have arrived friday or saturday. One quick look and I'm thinking of just keeping the whole thing!! I'll do my best to get it out this week. If the next in line isn't on the list inside I'll post to the list and I'm sure someone will let me know where to send it.
