Here's a few: 1) Don't marry someone who likes making lists. 2) Better yet, don't get married. 3) If you have kids, make sure they get a vise at their baby shower or make certain Santa brings one for their FIRST Christmas. 4) Don't buy a house with a big and/or high maintenance yard unless you can afford help or like a poorly maintained big yard.
