OK folks, time for the dumb question of the day, ( Not Surprising from me).
Are Broccoli, Radish and Carrot Tops/ Leaves edible ? If so does anyone have any suggestions for preparing them or cooking with them ? I have an abundance in the garden right now and would hate to waste something by tossing it in the composting bin. Fishing related part, any fish recipes using it as a condiment or stuffing ? Still cool here at night and foggy every morning, ( Weird Weather for the desert) Jimi,
