I try to throw the necks in the microwave for ten seconds (when my wife goes to work), then place them back in the zip-locks and into the drawer that I keep all the necks in. Inside the drawer I have a bunch of moth balls. So far, knock wood, I haven't had a problem with bugs again. (I did have a problem once when I use to keep everything all sorted out in order in shoe boxes. I did lose a lot of necks then and good tying materials too. But since I've been throwing them into the microwave for between 10-15 seconds not a problem.
