I hate to burst the bubble, but that myth about fish only eating items
that return+ the energy expended is just that, myth.
Obviously it's true on average, but as for each individual food item,
nonsense. You have a much larger brain, and even you can't accurately
predict whether or not that lettuce leaf returns the energy necessary to
get it on the fork and to your mouth, plus chewing and digestion of
course.
