[VFB] JIMMY D - Clarification on Dams

Hi Gang, I sent the bit about how dams, geology and hydrology affect 
trout streams in three parts.  Unfortunately, part I got kicked back for 
being too large, so it now follows Part II.  Part III is last.   This is 
one of several pieces I wrote to keep myself busy during my recuperation 
from prostate surgery.
