Hi Chris,
   Sounds like you really got involved with those salmon flies last night. I guess I'm one of those "lazy tyers", I'll stick to the more simpler recipes. BUT Good luck to you and the tying too. In time you'll be tying those salmon flies by the minutes instead of the hour :).
  Sorry I can't help you with advice on "full dressed" flies
