I just use dial-up. Local service is Frontier........i think. Browser is IE. 
Thinking of going over to Road Runner, which i would recieve via cable, 
provided by Time/Warner. mark

Question #2...what service provider are you accessing the internet...ie 
Road Runner...AOL...etc.
