I've been living in the DC area for a good while now but have fished the Blue and S Platte. I remember going north a ways on the interstate and stopping at a grove of trees where the Blue goes around an island of sorts. Caught a few on hoppers there. Fished Deckers and Cheeseman on the S Platte. I suppose you've been to the Buck Snort for a bite.
