You're down to your last fly - Period ! You do have some bare hooks. However, you do have your Leatherman multi tool. You still have your fly rod, flyUse the Leatherman as a vise, use tippit for my thread, tie on a piece of my flyline as a body, and some gause from the first aid kit that I never have with me for wings...... Instand Dragonfly(sorta)
reel, fly line and a couple of spare leaders/tippets. You have all that
you need on your person, to construct a "go to" fly. Do I have to draw
the complete picture?! One more hint - Everybody keeps a first aid kit
in their fishing car/truck.
Now - let's get after it!
.............OR..........
Use the vise and thread from above, tie on some cotton dubbing and use a band aid strip for a shell back (Survival Scud)
............OR.........
same vise and thread again(LOL), tie in a tail made from my beard hair, dub a tight body, tie in two gauze wings....Spinner
AND AS LONG AS YOU'RE AT IT, REACH IN THE BUSHES AND GRAB THAT FOX VIXEN THAT'S BEEN WATCHING YOU. HOLD HER BY THE NECK, REACH AROUND BEHIND HER, AND PULL OFF SOME OF THAT NICE PINK FUR THAT SHE'S PEED ON THEN LET HER GO. YOU CAN USE THAT PRETTY PINK FUR FOR THE DUBBING.
OH. AND WHEN DONE, BE SURE TO WASH YOU HANDS BEFORE YOU EAT!
