Hmmm. Doing some conversions from grains to ounces, and made the interesting discovery that there is only .2 ounce DIFFERENCE in weight for the first 30' of flyline comparing a 7 wt. to a 10 wt. line. Would have expected it to be more than that. Does that surprise anybody else? I am guessing the real difference in 'feel' in casting the two lines comes from a heavier weight running line for the 10wt.?
