depending on the definition of 'overseas' is likely to depend on the answer you get. On the basis that I am overseas to you here in England, I use Kamasan hooks and they are good quality. If you are referring to places such as Kenya where a lot of the budget flies originate from then I think they use non-branded hooks hence prices etc.
